**Special note: As a component of this discussion, each male participant is requested to submit for a testosterone level within 2 weeks prior to this program. Registered participants are eligible to obtain a low or no-cost serum testosterone level testing through AFH.

Due to our passion for helping the community, we have made arrangements to ensure this program is offered at no cost to participants and is open to the public. Co-payments will be waived and there is no balance bill to patients for participation in this program.
